A short, one-act play, but with several scenes, taking place both inside the house and on the street in front of the house.
A tapestry with a portrait of a man in a cape and hat, along with other painted/woven figures, is needed. Lorenza throws a bowl of water in her husband’s face, and is heard from behind a ‘door’; she needs to be able to be heard from offstage.
There is a song at the end of the play.
