The play is divided into two acts. Act 1 is entitled ‘Origami’ and has 16 scenes. Act 2 is called ‘Imagiro’ and has 6 scenes.
The play is set inside the house where Aldo and Claudia live. Claudia wears a very loosely-tied dressing gown which often falls open. From scene 13 onwards, Dora sits in a wheelchair. As the play progresses, more and more little origami birds cover the stage.
There is a mysterious white door at the back of the stage which opens at the end of both act 1 and act 2.
At a number of points during the play, the sound of a croaking frog is heard.
